DARK CLOUDS WILL BE OVER SOON
Due to the recent hurricane Irene, my parents house was flooded now they are living with me. Thank God that my parents are safe. It was very unfortunate that my mom was just out of the hospital and recuperating from blood clots in her lungs. My faith in God has been never so strong and I know in my heart that these days are going to pass soon and I shall start my blogging again.

I hope that your life is getting back to some sort of normality. I have been make quince jelly and quince confiture (jam). I also have cooked quince up in rose wine which is delicious. The problem is because I am alone the moment I need to freeze it and the freezer is full, full, full!!! Have you got your Mum's recipe as I would like to try it out? Take care Diane
