HEALTHY EATS!!!


Pan Fried Salmon & Vegetables

2 Salmon fillets
2 Tbsp flour
1 Tsp salt
1 Tsp cumin
1 Tsp lemon zest
2 Tbsp Extra Virgin Olive Oil

Mix dry ingredients in a shallow bowl. Dredge fillets with the mixture and fry in the oil for five minutes on each side. Serve with baked potato and pan fried zucchini. I also added tomatoes and radicchio as salad to my plate. Bon Appetito!!!

This recipe can be doubled to serve 4.
